1What is an anti-social hoodie?
It is a hoodie with a balaclava-style hood that pulls up around the head and leaves an opening for the eyes. The front zip runs the full length of the jacket. Wear the hood up for full coverage or down like a regular hoodie.
2Is this a pre-order?
Yes. The hoodie is custom-made and sold as a pre-order. Estimated delivery is 7-10 days after your order ships.
3How does it fit?
Sizing is unisex and runs XS to 3XL. If you are between sizes, size up for a roomier fit.
4Can I mix sizes in a bundle?
Yes. In a Duo or Trio bundle you choose the size of every hoodie. Buy 2 saves 10% and Buy 3 saves 15%, applied automatically at checkout.
5How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7-10 days after your order ships. We will email you when it ships. See Shipping and Delivery.
6How can I track my order?
When your order ships you receive an email with your shipping details. Contact us with your order number if you need an update.
7What is your returns policy?
Every hoodie is custom-made, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right. See Returns and Refunds.
8Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
